Want to know a secret? Behind every great writer, is a good editor.
A good editor will enhance your voice, polish any rough edges, and generally act as your liaison to the reader. And an editor will also help you catch those pesky typos, grammar errors, and other unwanted writerly detritus.
With several years of editorial experience working at small and mid-sized publishing houses, including Beyond Words/Atria Books (an imprint of Simon & Schuster, Inc.), I just may be the editor you’ve been looking for.
Based in the Pacific Northwest, I have worked with writers at the very beginning of the process (helping them craft their characters, plot, and general structure) as well as at the end of the process (hunting for the last typos before their book was shipped off to press). I specialize in several genres, including nonfiction, science fiction and fantasy, and teen and children’s fiction.
I offer a variety of services depending on your individual needs (check out details below). If you think you’re ready to get started, contact me for a free quote.
